1. Understand our assignment goals
We believe that a prerequisites for a successful delivery rest on the clarity of the goals and objectives for the task ahead. This can seem as a trivial thing but our experience shown that if you have a clear and easy to understand description of what you want to achieve is a major pillar stone to any change activity.
There are many methodologies out there that are targeting this topic. RentelnFlores & Partner have selected Googles OKR framework as or main method.
2. Analyse and advice
Our experience shows that goals set for organisations often require understanding of impact in all the people, process, data and tool domains. People according to our methodology include: Top and middle management engagement, end-user engagement, identify key requirement owners, changes to roles and responsibilities and more.
Information value flows our methodology includes: Understanding the overarching business processes and the underlying information value flows AS-IS and TO-BE targeted in the context of set goals. We believe that it is the process that deliver the majority of business value
Data: Understanding what information is relevant, how its structured and consumed.
Tools: The underlying technologies that supports the business processes and information value flows.
In the analyse and advise area we have knowhow in the ADCAR method for change management, Toyotas Value Stream mapping (VSM) method, TOGAF as some examples.
3. Execute
We strongly believe in that our services and key deliverables should be measured by lasting tangible values delivered to our customers. That is why we always see that its is our obligation to assist in the work securing that that is achieved. Real changes are seldomly achieved in isolation, it includes engagement with many stakeholders, suppliers and tools. That’s why one of our company values is “sharing is caring”. We what to share our knowledge and methods not only with our customers resource but also with key suppliers working at out customers.
One important aspect of our execution methodology is that we do not believe that every role is suitable for us to staff. That is why we have developed a method to secure the right staffing in the execution phases. This method also secures a customer know-how and competence in operating our deliverable post go-live.
Or execution methodology also include how to manage large scale, multiple impacted organization management. We call this method Centralized governed local success implementation methodology.
